The Contacts Table provides a comprehensive view of all your contacts with sortable columns and powerful filtering.

Contact Information

Each contact record includes:

Adding Contacts

Automatic Creation

Contacts are created automatically when:
  • Customer provides name and contact info in chat
  • Phone call is completed
  • SMS conversation includes identification
  • Email is received from new address

Manual Creation

Add contacts manually:

Click 'Add Contact'

Button in the top-right of CRM view.

Fill Information

Enter name, email, phone, and any other details.

Set Pipeline Stage

Place them in the appropriate stage.

Save

Contact is immediately available in your CRM.

Importing Contacts

Import existing contacts from:
  • CSV files
  • Other CRM systems
  • Email contact lists
  • Spreadsheets
