Linking Conversations to Contacts
Automatic Linking
Conversations are automatically linked to contacts when:- Contact’s email or phone matches
- Agent identifies them during conversation
- User is logged into their account
Manual Linking
Link conversations manually:1
Open Conversation
View the conversation in your inbox.

Click 'Link to Contact'
Find the button in the conversation sidebar.

Search or Create
Select existing contact or create new one.

Confirm
Conversation is linked and appears in contact’s history.
