Install the PWA

The Clarky mobile app is a Progressive Web App (PWA) that you can install on iPhone, Android, iPad, Mac, and Windows. It’s not available in app stores—you install it directly from your browser.

Install on iOS:
  1. Open Safari and navigate to your Clarky workspace
  2. Tap the Share button (square with arrow)
  3. Scroll down and tap “Add to Home Screen”
  4. Tap “Add” to confirm
  5. The app icon will appear on your home screen
  6. Tap the icon to open the PWA

Troubleshooting

  1. Check app notification settings
  2. Verify notification preferences in Clarky dashboard
  3. Ensure “Do Not Disturb” is off
  4. Restart the app
